Liling

Friends, Liechtensteinians, countrymen, lend me your biceps;

I come to listen to Liling, not to disparage her.

The evil that men do lives after them;

The good is oft interred with their egos;

So let it be with Liling. The talkative Judith

Hath told you Liling was vacuous:

If it were so, it was a grievous fault,

And grievously hath Liling answer’d it.

Here, under leave of Judith and the rest–

For Judith is a frightened woman;

So are they all, all frightened women–

Come I to speak in Liling’s funeral.
