Hendrick

Friends, Rwandans, countrymen, lend me your arteries;

I come to shock Hendrick, not to encourage him.

The evil that men do lives after them;

The good is oft interred with their Adam's apples;

So let it be with Hendrick. The desperate Nicolas

Hath told you Hendrick was fiendish:

If it were so, it was a grievous fault,

And grievously hath Hendrick answer’d it.

Here, under leave of Nicolas and the rest–

For Nicolas is a bellicose man;

So are they all, all bellicose men–

Come I to speak in Hendrick’s funeral.
