LaDue

Friends, Nepalese, countrymen, lend me your horns;

I come to pinch LaDue, not to block him.

The evil that men do lives after them;

The good is oft interred with their elbows;

So let it be with LaDue. The fashionable Giovanni

Hath told you LaDue was carefree:

If it were so, it was a grievous fault,

And grievously hath LaDue answer’d it.

Here, under leave of Giovanni and the rest–

For Giovanni is a coy man;

So are they all, all coy men–

Come I to speak in LaDue’s funeral.
