Seth

Friends, Chinese, countrymen, lend me your thyroid glands;

I come to appease Seth, not to split up with him.

The evil that men do lives after them;

The good is oft interred with their stomachs;

So let it be with Seth. The clever Claudette

Hath told you Seth was amiable:

If it were so, it was a grievous fault,

And grievously hath Seth answer’d it.

Here, under leave of Claudette and the rest–

For Claudette is a gallant woman;

So are they all, all gallant women–

Come I to speak in Seth’s funeral.
