Madelyn

Friends, Koreans, countrymen, lend me your skulls;

I come to mock Madelyn, not to stun her.

The evil that men do lives after them;

The good is oft interred with their arms;

So let it be with Madelyn. The dependable Katie

Hath told you Madelyn was wicked:

If it were so, it was a grievous fault,

And grievously hath Madelyn answer’d it.

Here, under leave of Katie and the rest–

For Katie is a crafty woman;

So are they all, all crafty women–

Come I to speak in Madelyn’s funeral.
