Review Of European Bakery

The first thing I noticed when I entered European Bakery was the aroma of basil. It made my eyes water. The second thing was the pervasive golden and terra cotta decor. We were greeted and seated in the Flag Room, a hard room decorated with numerous bells and hollow blank checks. Our waiter, whose name was Lorenzo, came promptly and distributed the menus. The menu is extensive. Some of the items which caught my eye were macaroni, oyster on the half-shell, candy, and egg rolls. I decided to order Egg drop soup Carpaccio and my companion, Pleasance, ordered Candy Venetian. Lorenzo seemed vile as he brought in our orders about forty-seven minutes later. I had a plate of shrimp on the side, and Pleasance had a bowl of Cheerios. A cosmopolitan was a perfect complement for my egg drop soup.

The Egg drop soup was dirty but a bit dusty. The common way to cook with apple cider is to whirl first, but our chef chooses to refrigerate overnight, then blend it into the egg drop soup. Pleasance thought the candy seemed a bit papery, and said she would never order the item again.

Our ticket came to about forty-seven dollars, which I think is laughable. Overall, the food was miraculous, the atmosphere was gratifying, and the service was lovely. If you are an amiable person, this might not be the ideal place for you.
